Candles ...

So, I've been playing around with candles again. It's been a few years. I made them in tins and had a limited amount of scent offerings.

So, I think it's time to try again. I had fun making them. I have to "relearn" how to do this. I've been playing with container sizes and wicks. I'm now about to take it to the next level and look at essential oils that will work well in candles.

Some of the blends: lemongrass, spearmint & eucalyptus, Lavender (although I haven't had great success with through) and I think I'm going to try cedar & patchouli.

As far as size, my friends and family and customer bases like the 8 oz jars over other sizes although I personally preferred a bigger size.

For some reason, I don't remember having quite this learning curve. I guess when I did it years ago I just did it and there was beginners luck.
